Unfortunately no.

You can select between the Brun' Water model or the Mark Riffe MpH model, but it doesn't give the actual calculations.

No, I don't think so. The BS standalone tool allows you to select two different calculation methods.

You still need to put in some basic mash info, the key is in the bottom section where it allows you to input your measured pH and then your desired pH and spits out how much acid you need to add to get there.

so I just started the dry hop in primary.

7oz of eldorado

1oz of idaho7

2oz of simcoe

why those amounts?  b/c that's what I had left :P

1oz/gal seems reasonable enough for a beer like this.  it's just over 60F right now so I'll let it hang out like this overnight and crash it tomorrow.  hopefully I can rack after a couple of days (so 2-3 days on the dry hops).  hydro sample tastes very clean and smooth.

I was smart (this time!) and didn't naturally carbonate too much so when I opened the lid the foam didn't manage to pour out and over before I dumped the hops in and put the lid back on.  then I pushed the PSI in the headspace up to 30 and released it down to about 5 PSI five times to hopefully get rid of most of the O2 I let in when I added the dry hops.

so my dry hopped beers just never have the same amount of in your face hoptitude that the pros have these days.  the beer tastes great but is def lacking the amount of hop aroma I'd like.

on another note I went more chloride than sulfate this time and I kind of like it.

I think that is based on quality and amount. 1.5-2oz per gallon just for dh is a decent place to start. You may also want to try cryo or lupomax or whatever new fangled thing they are on these days.

Eta: by quality I mean the commercial breweries just get better hops.

I figured you did but also did not want anyone thinking you buy junk hops.

Something I still want to play with is dropping the pH at knockout to help with dry hop extraction.

This is mostly clear now and very drinkable with some nice fruit punch kind of notes.
