GO!18lbs of pale and 9lbs of pilsenPlanning a newcastle brown ale clone, hobgoblin red ale clone, chocolate stout and a batch of blueberry braggot. Only downside is Im on holidays from Dec 12 - 28 which means if I want to brew I really should do it today (busy this weekend) so I can get whatever batch I do first out of the primary and into secondary around the 10th or 11th..

I always enjoy brewing, but scheduling the brew days is always stressful. Looking at supplies and empty kegs/bottles is always sad.Unfortunately I havent started brewing yet My buddy who I usually brew with is busy and we are heading out of town for the weekend so it looks like any brewing will be put on hold until Monday. /sadface.
