10 gallons!

12 lb Munich Malt

4 lb Pilsen Malt

3 lb Dark Munich Malt

0.5 lb midnight wheat

0.5 lb carared

mash @ 152

1.2 oz Magnum @45 min

1 oz Hallertau @ 5 min

Ferment on 34/70

OG: 1.055

SRM: 19.5

IBU: 25

I'll work out the water after.  Normally I don't do the dark munich thing but I figured I'd give it another shot :D

true.  I do tend to use more carapils when there aren't other crystal/cara type malts.

used more hallertau than I planned to use up the rest of the bag drez gave me a while back.  they really overpacked that one!

put some hallertau at FWH (about an ounce) and upped my 5 min addition to 1.6 oz.

So are you saying next time you want to add more malt?

Probably needs more lol!

If someone wasn't sure what Munich tasted like this beer could sort it out for them.
