I've got it preordered in steam. Pulling the preload now. Honestly I know nothing about it except for the huge amounts of buzz surrounding it. So I figured I'll give it a shot.

We played it a bit back in the pencil and paper days of Steve Jackson GURPS. This was the game that was infamously seized before launch by the federal government, which thought it was a real primer for hacking real computers. It's based very heavily on William Gibson's dark future books like Snow Crash and Neuromancer.

I pre-ordered it. I’m still 1/2 through RDR2 and right now playing Cold War with friends. Plus, flying MSFS 2020.
I’ll probably let it sit a bit for bug fixes.

What’s your new machine’s specs?
I fired it up and made me tingly when the default graphics were set to ultra ray tracing.

This game may have some technical problems on underpowered systems, but the story is phenomenal. Very easily the best I've ever encountered in a game -although I heard great things about Last if Us I never played it.
I know it's at least two more ending arcs I have available that I will finish this week. Then I'll starting again as av street kid netrunner build.

I’ve yet to play it. I bought it for $50 on pre-order. Note to self: Don’t buy games until you’re ready to sit down and play them.
I enjoyed playing a nearly bug-free RDR2 two years after to came out, so maybe that’s my style.

I've done all but the 'secret' ending now and just about all the side jobs. I can't do the 'secret' one on this playthough because I messed up one of its conditions long ago.
What I really enjoy about games like this and Fallout is that they are good ONE PLAYER games. The story is where it's at for me, and this game has a great story, good characters, and interesting things to do. It is certainly not a ground-breaking FPS. In fact, it could be said that combat is rather imbalanced in the player's favor. Melee, for instance, is stupidly powerful compared to bullets. But I'm not in it for the fight, I'm in it for Keanu Reeves making Spanish Inquisition jokes.
