Hey thanks....My local brewpub scored 11#'s and they didn't fit into their styles. So thanks to my good buddy, i got some for free. The aroma is floral and slightly spicy. Cant wait.Wow sounds like you had a great brew session for sure. Congrats on the good eff and nice solve to the "problem" too. Where did u get those hops? You are the second person to mention those in the last day on here and I am curious of a source. I like to try new and interesting hops. Happy Fermentations.

Im interested in the Celeia a well. Seems like a decent Noble replacement.Nope. Didn't have enough yeast built for that big a beer either. I think under pitching reflects volume and gravity don't it?Yea, let us know about the Celeia...FWIW, as a homebrew batch, I would have just rolled with the higher gravity...

Hey, I said that in my last sentence....Good idea!I would've pulled off some of that wort and canned it for starters. Though, if you don't have the ability to can, that's not a very useful suggestion.
