Kegged now...I wish I'd taken a pic of the hydrometer sample - it was pretty & very clear. Deep ruby color; almost more dopplebock than stout. Last of the siphon pulled yeast/trub in so now it's cloudy as I'm force carbing it. I'll post a pic when it's clear again. 

 

1.016 fg (started at 1.068) -  I think it could use a little more roast character, and a little lower finishing gravity. We'll see once it's carbed.
