I just picked up a 10# of this from Amazon (although it only weighs about 9.5 pounds  ) and saw a few decent reviews of it on NB. Anyone have any experience with it? I typically shop locally but I may be able to squeeze in a last minute brew this week and wasn't sure that I could get to the shop. I'll be making something hoppy and rounding out the malt bill with GNO and perhaps some Vienna, C60 and a touch of wheat. I haven't had a hoppy beer on tap at home in months and that needs to end!!!  :D

I went through a sack of it awhile back and my mental notes tell me it was just fine to brew with.  Nothing that will knock your socks off but no surprises either... just good malt.  I thought it was weird that it's called MaltEurop but made in North America (I think).  Keep us posted on how your beer comes out.
