LOL, I got that email and was going to post it.  $29.99 for 50 pounds of Briess Pilsen and 2-row.  I already have my Pilsen malt so I don't need it but LP is always on the radar.  :lol:

UGH .. shipping is almost as much as the grain.

 

Still about a buck a pound, not bad.

I'm using this Briess Pilsen as a sort of "filler" for various beers where I don't want a lot of flavor or I'm trying to lower the maltiness of a beer.  I doubt I'll make a beer where a high percentage of the grist is made up of this grain but at that price it's a nice addition to the brewery.

the last time this sale happened, bought a bag of the two row- my LHBS can't touch the price, even shipped.
