I need to wait to give a final report on this. The yeast dropping out is definitely affecting my perceptions. Right now it's getting to be s more classic apa type of flavor. Think smutty shoals pale ale.

Personally, the classic APA character sounds good to me these days.

I hear you.  it's the beer equivalent of comfort food for me.

the 4oz of idaho gem in the dry hop is really nice.  we'll see how much staying power it has.  right now I get green hop sediment in the bottom of my glass.

both dry hopped versions of this beer are great right now.  at this time they both rank as some of my favorite beers I've drank in the last year for sure.

Awesome. This will be on the agenda as spring rolls in.

as I drink this beer the pineapple is becoming a little more prominent.  hops are fading a little now.  seems like it's going to mellow for sure.
