The original recipe is not mine but I have adjusted it to my tastes. I love a toasted pimento cheese sandwich and you can make this stuff way cheaper and much more than what you buy in your local store. Adding some heat brings it up to another level. You can adjust the heat to taste, but again, I wouldn't go overboard and make the habanero the dominant flavor. It's going to be prominent all by itself. You want the heat to compliment the cheeses
