So this holiday weekend just opened up for me, so I'm thinking it's time to make more beer. The last batch turned out really well, & I'd forgotten how nice it is to have beer on tap.
I've got a pound each of Azacca, Ekuanot, and Mandarina Bavaria. Thinking another NE style IPA, `8 gallons or so. Whirlpool & dry hop only.
Which would be best as a single hop beer?
Which two go together best?
Any other thoughts?
