Kinda funny. 7th 10 gallon batch originally started with 2.3 gm of US-05.  Been harvesting from the starters.  I really didn't do much different except pitched into a little warmer wort since ground water is warming up a bit.  Yeasts are funny sometimes

Same here recently with a 1.060 beer and US05. Blew the airlock off twice on days 2 and 3. I was worried that I had an infection since active fermentation lasted for close to a week but the beer finished at 1.010.

Still chugging along but it's only been 4 days and I let it warm up to 70df.  Haven't had that much yeast in the blowoff container for quite a while.
