Beautiful. Did you use the 05/04 mix or something else for yeast?

Yep the mix. I've been having some odd attenuation problems but this beer finished at 1.1011. Very happy with that.

I like that yeast combo a lot, glad it got you a nice attenuation.

Just got 3# of fresh Galaxy in a couple weeks ago so I think it is time to revisit this one!

 

I think the only change on the grain bill will be to sub GP for the MO.  I may do some hop tweaking.  I want to have more Galaxy in the DH and less in the WP.

I am. I did do a 60 minute on a pilsner (Hallertau Blanc on a suggestion you had) Sunday but that was my first "long" boil in 2-3 years. I have lowered my boil from 75% to 50-60% on a 5500 watt element and still end up with clear (when I want them to be) tasty beers. So I will be sticking to what works for now.
