I have. I did an IPL with Loral and Equinox. I have enjoyed it but I do not get all the descriptors that they are throwing out. I have to give it a go as a single hope in a beer, maybe a blonde, soon.

I've heard "floral", "herbal", "citrusy" and "peppery". Did the Loral get covered up or watered down by the Equinox? It sounds like the type of hop that fits my tastes but I don't necessarily need another hop that's exactly like 10 other hops I already have. I also wonder if I would be able to get it locally or have to order it.I have. I did an IPL with Loral and Equinox. I have enjoyed it but I do not get all the descriptors that they are throwing out. I used Loral in a higher amount than the equinox for just that reason, I did not want to get it blown out. I will be honest I get a bit of floral and more herbal. I think it will work well but I am not sure it will work well alone. I only tried it because it was $9 or $10 for a pound.

Interesting. I could see an APA, a blonde ale (as you mentioned), maybe some sort of summer wheat, etc. Where did you get yours?I used Loral in a higher amount than the equinox for just that reason, I did not want to get it blown out.
