I love red chair, and yes, hop bursting will give you that and more since they use a bittering addition + late hops. hop bursting in the traditional sense is typically all hop additions sub 20 min.I finally got my hands on a bottle of this stuff. I am a fan! Deschutes claims that this beer has tons of late hopping without that cloying bitterness. Is this the effect that hop bursting gives a beer, to those that have used this technique?I have always been interested in hop bursting. I have yet to try this myself or a beer brewed in this fashion. I plan to brew my IPA using the hop bursting method as soon as I get the time and my equipment down here to Houston. Thanks guys!Rick
