Testing out the bb-code file converter Harv poated earlier


I Let it lager for 3 months, and am still drinking it , good stuff.

09.50 lbs Pilsener.
00.25 lbs Cara-Pils Dextrine Malt.

Hops
2.50 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.25%AA) @60.00 ( Boil )
.50 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.25%AA) @20.00 ( Boil )
1.00 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.25%AA) @0.00 ( Aroma )

Misc
Whirlfloc- Add to boil 10 minutes prior to knockout. .

Yeast
DCL YeastS-189 :SafLager German Lager (Lager)

Mash Steps
148 deg F 60 minutes
