this beer came out pretty great I think. not quite clear yet but we are past the chunky stage. I think I prefer the cent/mosaic dry hop right now but that can always change over time.

my brother really liked this one. he slightly preferred the centennial/mosaic dry hop but thought both versions were excellent. my last few brewtan beers have all been really good. not sure if it's me or the brewtan or some combo of the two.

On the Brewtan topic, I just had my father sample the citra wheat versions and the minute he had the first sip of the Brewtan version he declared it better. He drank that glass while leaving the other. Brewtan is definitely doing something IMO and it is for hte good on my beers.
