I would stock up on some speciality grains, maybe some additional kegs and some better bottles.

I'd pick up that heavy duty 15 gallon kettle with ball valve, and make the jump to 10 gallon batches. $239.95 looks like a pretty decent deal on that kettle.

I would pick up Nice Digital Hop Scale, and a bigger brew-pot and king cooker possibly.

I'd exercise some stock options and get a brew sculpture...But if you don't have that, then I'd get a couple of March Pumps. If you have pumps already, work on Quick Disconnects... and then move to specialty grains and hops.

Refractometer, high temp hose, temp controller and a spare pump. If I had all those things I would work on converting all of my brass hardware to SS.

depends what you need - I'd probably use it slowly on needed items ($59 at a time of course so I could take advantage of free shipping).

Dissolved oxygen meter ;)

That's hardcore, man. I'm not quite there yet (check back in a few weeks ).pH meter and refractometer are definitely high up on my list. Extra kegs are always nice, especially since they qualify for free shipping.

It's crazy how easy it is to end up with $250 in your cart just by browsing around that site a little. I could spend $2,500 with ease.

Boring, but I would probably get some backup equipment for the eventual brewday failure of something that will screw up the day. Pump, Ranco etc.......

I'd invest it in an S&P indexed fund. That way it will only be worth $125 in six months.
