Cheers and welcome to the new members. I think you'll like this group... a lot of good brewers with good ideas and very, very little BS. There is also a pretty wide variety of styles brewed by this group. Big, small, hoppy, ales, lagers, sours, barrel beers, traditional German lagers, etc. Did anyone warn these new members about the PH?

Currently drinking a keg of Festbier that took forever to clear, but looks damn pretty now.  Just blew my schwarzbier - will be high on my re-brew list

Hey, welcome aboard! Glad you made it over. Some good conversation going on here. Good to see ya brewing lagers. Thats about all I brew anymore. Maybe 1/20 are ales. Post up that recipe on the schwartz in the recipe swap. I have a Czech Tmave/schwartz crashing right now.

What's up. Chils sent me. I'm not really active on any forums anymore but this seems like a cool place, I may just have to stop in a little more often. Been homebrewing since early 2009, most recently spent a couple years brewing as a profession. Co-ran a 15bbl brewpub and headed (and fixed) the "wild" beer program. It was cool - tons of work but I enjoyed it - however, it paid shit and wasn't going to get much better, so I am transitioning careers into something that will compensate me very nicely. Just started really getting back into homebrewing, trying to get my own wild pipeline going again. I got all kinds of crazy shit going and on deck. Anyway, cheers, I'll see y'all around.
