Brewing this tomorrow and may have got a little heavy on the crystal/caramel. I'm thinking mash at 148df since it's already crushed. Big Am Amber/Red....... Probably 1.057 OG and 57 IBU's11.5 gal / 13.5 gal preboil17# Am 2-row1# Flaked Barley10 oz Special B10 oz C-12010 oz C-401# Carastan3oz Galena FWH (tried it before and like it)1oz Willamette & 1 oz Cascade at 15 and again at 101.5oz of Willamette & 1.5oz Cascade at flameout.1272 starter

I don't think it's too much caramel. Although, do you think having 10 oz. each of 120 and Special B gives you too much in that flavor range?

It was more for the color and that finished the C-120 I had around...... So add some Special B
