Does anyone know how to adjust one of these? Mine is wanting to seal before it's pulled a good vacuum. Model V845

If you turn it over, there is a knob to adjust for altitude purposes. AFIK, this is the only way to adjust it. That being said, my wife just bought a new one and I'll admit I haven't turned it over to look at it yet. The old one we got back in 2001.Does anyone know how to adjust one of these?
