I don't mind banana in a hefe/dunkel et al. Does it seem yeast derived? Did you get any in the other saison(s) you made with belle?

I didn't think so but that was a bigger too. maybe a yeast/rye interaction?

so the banana did die down. so now I'm on keg 2 which was not dry hopped. it's actually not THAT different. I'm kind of surprised. I guess the yeast character is the main flavor here.

Motueka is definitely in a non-dominant class of hop. But a tasty one!
maybe it would be good for something more delicate like a lager?

I used it lightly in a blond lager with 2124 and it was nice in the background. I could see it making an interesting pilsner.

I think that will be the next time around.
drinking some munich helles right now. it might go well in something like that.
