Well, best intentions go by the way sometimes. I'm prepped for an Am Rye tomorrow PM. Gotta brew then, every weekend this month is shot. So, it will be a bit over the top with regard to ABV and IBUs. Sometimes there are things that can't be controlled . Bet it's a winner...........

Brewing a Roggenbier on Fri night with about 55% Rye Malt and reuse of a fresh cake of 3068.Sat might be a Coffee Oatmeal Stout with a reuse of a fresh cake of 1084. Should be a great weekend none the less.
