Try it with a 3 parts flour to 1 part cornmeal mix for the crust.

Would be good, I'm sure but I admit that these were store-bought, uber-thin, pre-made crusts.

The salsa had jollies in it. Look around 8 o'clock on the second pic.No jalapeños = not Mexican

and 9 o'clock. my middle school mexican pizza never had jollies on it. it was basically regular pizza but with "taco meat" and "mexican cheese" on it.

I could have used ground beef with taco seasoning or even the crumbled Italian sausage I used with some taco seasoning. Next time.

I have used and abused those pans many times. They are great for pizzas.I have those same pizza pans....
