It still sells though. KBS, Hunahpu, you name it, the beer nerds here go ape shit for it. Cigar City sells 60+ bbl of a couple different versions of hunahpu a year at $20/bomber. The regular version is sold out on the day of the festival, the others in a matter of minutes after they are put on sale. That's $200K in revenue the minute it's ready to give to customers. No distributor or middle man, all direct to the public sales. It's unreal how popular those damn beers are.

Oh I know it does.  And having had a lot of those beers I would not want to drink it down there in the weather you seem to have ..lol.  I think a Florida Weisse is what I would rather have.

I paid $80 for 10 cans of Heady. My awesome nephew spent $30 in bubble wrap and shipping. I could have driven to RI to smack him.

When you do go, drop off a few cans here on the return trip.   I'll meet you at the exit on 95.

At least those can be laid down and aged.  Not something you can do with an IPA

I wasn't impressed with tank 7 last time I tried some at the bar.

I have not had it in a while but really liked it a few years ago.  I need to get a few and taste it again.  I did find 3 bottles of 2012 Saison Brett in a box in the cellar .. score!

So, how much are you willing to spend on yourself to drink them? :)

These are low value in my cellar unfortunately but they will be enjoyed.
