Okay so I had a few glasses of this Marzen last night and the balance on it was really nice. My tastebuds may have originally told me that it was dry and sulfate-like but it was not. So my guess is that the 150° mash temp range is good for this on my system if I want a balanced beer with a bit of a dry finish. Cheers & thanks Beerheads.
