Hey all, I am going to make a SMaSH brew here as a jumping off point for something crazily high ABV. I am looking to show off simcoe, I have had all simcoe brews before and really enjoyed the flavour. The only limitation is I want it to be a total of 2 oz because I don't want to buy more.9lbs Munich Malt 10LWYeast 1214 Belgian Ale2 oz Simcoe - ?what do you think?
