Why don't you think the glaze would survive Fhd freeze? If it were me, Id freeze as is then bake when needed. The glaze will melt then just fine.

Honey Baked Glazed Spiral Ham..

 

I think I'll toss it in the oven tomorrow at the recommended temps and see if the sugar packed on top melts.

 

If I was going to serve it immediately I'd just cook it ( or heat it up really) ....that's obvious.

But I just want to cut it up and freeze it...and I'm afraid heating it up too many times will dry it out. It's not moist like a picnic ham..

Just eat it -no baking required. then wrap up the leftovers and freeze

Yeah this. But if you decide to eat it first, then save the leftovers, by all means, heat it crispy brown, with a nice gooey glaze. Don't eat it uncooked.

That was the company dinner. Departments do a out luck for thanksgiving and Christmas. It's a ####ing food fest on the department pot lucks..
