Well I was going to make a saison over the weekend but it came to my attention we may be having a considerable number of people over here on New Years Eve. I want to have something on the tap that will be pleasantly hoppy but will suit a wide variety of tastes. Been thinking about this one for a while. Nothing new about the idea here. Just want it to come out good. I'm a little tempted to sub. in a small charge of Willamette in the whirlpool as well.
