Split a 22oz with the wife last night. I would imagine I've had some of their beer before but I don't recall seeing it around KC before. That stuff was really hoppy - even after bomber of Double Wide. Think I may get some more.....

Look for their Imperial red very hoppy nice beer. The Hop Stoopid is one of the best bang for the buck beers in a 22 oz bomber.

I love this beer as well. It's a very smooth beer despite the very high hopping rate. I believe it is produced with hops extracts rather than whole or pelletized hops.

Yeah, I really dug the Hop Stoopid. I got it for $4.99 locally, which is a major steal. The bomber prices pretty much jump to $6.99 after that one. Right now I'm drinking a Victory Hop Wallop. I like it. Surprisingly pale for an 8.5 ABV beer. Nice hop flavor and bitterness. The bitterness is very smooth, I wonder how they're hopping this one?

We really enjoyed a couple of bombers of this at a tailgate at Lambeau Field a couple of weeks ago.....I really enjoyed the light body and slight residual sweetness along with the balance between grapefruit and pine from all the hops.....if I could find an extract that would do that, I would use it too.....

Lagunitas pretty much promotes on the bottle of hop stupid that it is with extract, which is cool that they dont beat around the bush about it. Great beer though. Hop Wallop is one of my old favorites, havent had it in a while. I emailed them a while back and they indicated it was basically cents and amarillo, but i dont know what the exact schedule is like.

Am I one of the few hopheads that doesn't like Hop Wallop, just no balance at all.

My boy just moved a few blocks down from the Whole Foods on Houston, so inspired by this thread I picked up a bomber of Hop Stoopid on the way to a barbecue at his new crib. I love this beer. The bitterness is so smooth to me. I want to find what hop products they are using and get some for my homebrewery.

I really dig their IPA, which is the only thing I have seen here.
