Do these cascade rhizomes look alright?

I ordered these from fresh hops a while ago. I also ordered a couple other rhizomes for a friend of mine. Now mind you this image has 2 rhizomes in it. One has some little white things on it which I have to think are the beginning of new plants. The other has pretty much nothing as far as I can tell. The other two rhizomes (not pictured, centennial and kent golding) all have plenty of those little white shoots on them. Should I be trying to get fresh hops to send me another cascade?[mod edit - image removed]

They are both fine.The other one has swelling , and buds about an inch from RHS.Use some rooting hormone when you plant them out- will help establish roots quicker
