Well after a three month hiatus from the brewhouse, I'm back at it again tonight! My yeast is started and my grains are crushed for a batch of Spooky Spiced Pumpkin Ale! I've got some new techniques and have fine-tuned my process so I'm pretty stoked about this brew session!Over the summer, I've been working the on a new website for the brewery! The link is in my signature so let me know your feedback! Keep in mind that I'm still in the under construction phase but the main pieces are there...enjoy!

Looks good so far, i didn't see the taproom or pictures, blank screen. BTW. your recipe for the lime beer was a big hit with my daughter and her husband, they liked having a lime beer with body, thanks.

Thanks for the feedback on the site...it's been my brewing vice since I was on break for the summer. My brew night went to hell and has been postponed until Monday :P...I heated my strike water and pitched it into my the mash tun only to realize that it was leaking through the drain seal. Oye.....should've tested it, my fault!

Hi Chad, nice looking website. My only complaint is that the RED is awfully hard to read, imo... maybe tone it down a little or maybe try a golden yellowish color as an alternate. Just a suggestion. And sorry about your brewday, bummer.

Bummer. Well, look on the bright side, at least your tun wasn't full of soaking wet grain.Have fun on Monday night.
