Stored in room temps in a pressurized corny will last how long? Shelf Life?

Long, long time.. decades, i'd say.  Especially if the keg was purged of O2.

 

What's the abv%?

Roughly as far as I can measure, 18% and back sweetened a little. It's was a bit dry for my liking so I back sweetened it which is why I stored it in a pressurized corny. As it was fermenting I kept adding a fig slurry to the mix at different measured times. It tastes grand. I just am afraid to bottle it.

Pour it from the keg. I do all my meads this way. Pour a bottle and cork it if you need to. Oh...and wrong forum
