I kegged the diabhal rosta today. It tasted pretty damn good. Well it was almost pretty damn good..but it still had that fresh out of the primary off flavor...gonna slow carb it over 2 weeks and it'll be ready for consuption on the browns regular season home opener. The OG on this was 1049. FG was 1009. Nice aroma too. Pictures to follow in the next couple of days.Oh and it is perfect color and very clear....

Actually I really really wanna show this beer I have a pic on my phone. No internet access beyond my phone and image shack doesn't work on my phone..so if someone wants to PM me their e-mail I can e-mail them this wonderful beer porn to be posted. Maybe its just cause I havent brewed in 7 months...but this shit looks beautiful!

Its gaelic for "roasted devil" its an irish red that we made roasty. Just search the beer forums for it or just search rosta. I'm sure ull find the recipe. I sent the pics ro jamma should be posted soon. I think the color is perfect..I'm also very proud of the clarity considering this was pulled straight from the primary fermentor. :P

Thats a good looking beer, bro. You may have to give up your day job as a gelatin punter to get into brewing. :P

Thx. Ya I'm proud of the loook and it is quite tasty. Not ur average red tho... Recipe can be found here..I couldn't fully gauge what it tastes like case as I'm sure you all know it always taste a lil funky straight out of the fermentor....but it seemed like it'll be very very tasty.Recipe can be found in this linky. https://www.brews-br...o...20&hl=RostaThx for posting jammer you did good. Now if you wanted it to be the pic to display in the forum instead of the link you would have hilighted the text that says "hotlink for forums 1 and pasted that. But the link is fine as well. Good job bro

Oh and if you guys brew the same recipe ull prolly hit like 1060-1065 I had a really low eff I think it was like 65% or something. Dunno what was up with that I think its because I let the LHBS crush my grains. But anywho..sometimes lil screwups or imperfections in brewing end up being the best beers. :P
