It was 12# pilsner and 1# carafoam. Not a lot of color malt.

Concord Grape Sour that I brewed for my wife. It came out very good.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised that it wasn't darker. Nice grape flavor without being over the top. Good level of sourness, too.

Easily the best "fruit" beer I ever made. Until this, I HATED to make them. The concentrate was so easy.

The Mammoth - Imperial Lager. Smooth and crisp for 9% abv.

KIPA - Kveik India Pale Ale. Funny, this was almost my first dumper. After fermentation, I sampled it and it was basically flavorless. I thought it was infected. I have never dumped a beer before so I figured I'd try to dry hop it to see if I could save it. Turns out, it's very drinkable now. Not my best but it's actually ok. I used Kveik Voss and I think the problem was that I fermented under too much pressure. I think I suppressed the shit out of it. Anyway, at 10% abv, it does the job!
