I copied the recipe in the link and will brew it up in the next month and give it a try. Thanks ET!PhilMike: spot on man, I hit my numbers just about perfect - lost .2G because it was pretty thick with break so I left a bit more than usual in the kettle - so I know this set up works well!Phil: it's a tasty glass of Simple Pale that I can tell you already will not last very long around here!!
