Got my stability test incubating and clean up done. Another badass 4 hour brew day!! Mike: spot on man, I hit my numbers just about perfect - lost .2G because it was pretty thick with break so I left a bit more than usual in the kettle - so I know this set up works well!Phil: it's a tasty glass of Simple Pale that I can tell you already will not last very long around here!!

I'm planning on entering this comp too, I think i'm brewing on Friday. I look forward to seeing what happens with it. How sweet would it be to win and have Garrison Brewing your beer! We'll have to trade a bottle or 2.
