I was building yeast for a Baltic Porter using 2112 after a Steam Beer. Decided to brew this and am really pleased with it.13.5 gal boil11.5 final vol15# Gr. Pils5# Gr. Munich1# Carapils90 min boil1 oz Magnum @ 60 min 13.4 AAU2 oz Tettnanager, 2 oz Hersbrucker, 4.1 and 3.0 AAUs respectively @ 202 oz Tett and 2 oz Hers @ 202 oz Tett and 2 oz Hers @ 102 oz Tett and 2 oz Hers @ 0Fermented at 62df1.060 OG 1.016 FG 42 IBUsBrewed 7/26/09pretty tasty already, I would mash a couple degrees lower....... cheers
