What are some of your favorite hop pairings that you use...for me:Cascade and AmarilloPalisade and SantiamLiberty and Sterling

Columbus and Amarillo as well. Makes a great IPA.

Styrian Golding and Czech SaazMt Hood and LibertyColumbus and AmarilloI also quite often use more than 2 hops together such as...Columbus, Amarillo, CentennialLiberty, Cascade, Willamette

Another vote for Columbus and Amarillo. Target and EKG work great for English bitters.I'm mostly a single-hop kind of guy, though.

I know three's a crowd but My Fav IPA so far has been , simcoe, amarillo, centennial.

not a crowd at all...I just made one with Chinook, Amarillo, and Casacade...being dry hopped with Chinook should be ready to bottle the end of the week.
