I am partial to Chinook IPA myself, they don't need a pairing. I might try the willy - if i had to add.(flameout) .

Kind of. I used them just in combination with cascade just like I would a cascade/Willy combo. They also seem to give a soft bitterness IMO.

Use the Chinook for the bittering for sure, and if you have some left mix them with the Cent., and Cascades, and the rest, too, for that matter. Chinook is by far my go to IPA bittering hop. And, It's a nice dual purpose with good flavor and aroma capabilities. It's an IPA staple.

love chinook, but only as flavor/aroma. The bittering additions can be harsh IMO. But some ppl prefer that firm bitterness. I second the Cents and cascades use, why not mix all three for the dry hop addition?
