Nice.  Tart cherries are great in holiday beers as well.

I guess I have a hook up for Balaton cherries too, but they are $3 a pound.  Depending if I can allocate all this by the weekend, I may go get some of those too.

I have a 10 gal of berliner weisse that I am thinking of splitting 5 gal of up with 2.5 gal cherries and 2.5 gal raspberries from my garden.  I got a lot of raspberries this year.  I also have 5 gal of almost year aged sour wheat (saison type base) which I had planned on adding cherries to when it was ready.  I will pull a thief worth tonight and see how it tastes.

I was also thinking of an imperial stout braggot aged on cherries and cocoa nibs and vanilla bean  Or I could go Belgian quad braggot instead of imperial stout...
