I had a HB Berliner a few weeks ago that was phenomenal. No boil, just trust the funk. He said the ferment is super funky. Like, put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip funky.

How well does the blend keep in the final product? Not the beer, but the yeast culture. Does the final product have a vastly different disproportionate population of bugs to saccaromyces? If not, maybe I could trade a yeast sample at some point drew? I had wanted to make one but I didn't realize the packs were going away. Oh well, I guess I plan to make lots of stuff and never get around to it. Drew, lemongrass and strawberry will make a dry pink lemonade in a Berliner. Did I just say that?
