Just for my personal tastes I would move the 20 minute hop to 15 or even 10 but other than that I like it and would drink the hell out of it.  My only other thought is the dry hop.  I would do it at .5 oz each per 5 gallons.  Not sure .25oz of each will be enough, unless you want it real subtle.  I just kegged an all Citra beer last night and it smelled so good going into the kegs.

I didn't want to overpower the malt. I want something tasty and light. I'm gonna work on this one a lot and try to meld it into a good fruit beer. But I want the base to be good first.

In that case I would move the 20 to 15 and leave the dryhop as is.  Will you be doing a hopstand on this or chilling right after flameout?

I pretty much always do a hop stand if I have a late addition since I chill in line. The reason for the 20 min is because I want to get a little more flavor from the hops, but not too much. I'm also considering changing columbus to nelson. I have a pound of it and I need to start using it. I think the fruitiness of both citra and nelson might be a good combo.

I think the nelson and citra will work out well together.
