Side note....if anyone is considering going but might be on the fence, we might be able to arrange another small brewboar meet. We could hit breweries on our own instead of baking in the sun.Just putting it out there.

Hmm. Got a place about an hour from AVL. Early June trout fishing and beer would be pretty damn fine.

I went last year with my husband and his cousin and cousin's wife. Had a great time, although for me, this is a pretty small fest. I do plan on being in Asheville and attending again this year.

It is a small festival, I kind of like that.  You can have the actual festival be an appetizer (as you know), and visit a lot of local breweries/pubs.
