I know that this is probably too late, but technically that Raspberry Chocolate Porter is a 23 Specialty Beer. This is because it has special ingredients from two categories: fruit and chocolate (which is under spice/herb/veggie). If you can narrow down what type of Porter your base beer is (Brown, Robust, Baltic), it does help the judges, but just putting Porter is acceptable. The honey ale with English yeast is also a 23 Specialty Beer.
Interesting, I was just thinking since the fruit overpowered the chocolate I'd be able to just say it's fruit. I'll double check the rules and see if I can change the entry to a specialty (haven't sent it in or paid yet). Also, I was wrong about the honey ale, forgot I used american ale yeast - can i still call it an american pale ale even with the honey?UPDATE: just checked, can't do category 23 - so I'll just throw it into the fruit category and see if they disqualify it...I'm not worried about it getting a good grade since there's a nice phenol flavor in there thanks to the water company switching to chloramine since my last brew.
