If the weather holds (knock on wood), I'll be doing a bitter this weekend.

I wasn't planning on it due to the future in laws coming out, and the fact I have one in the primary already. I may have to change plans though and a get a nice summer brew in my new new primary fermenter-7 gallon glass carboy!Any suggestions? I am extract w/ specialty grains right now.

Laws?

No brewing, but I'll be ordering a kit this weekend. It'll be my first brew in two years, and only my fifth since 2004. Due to time and money it will be an extract. Hopefully one of these days I can get my all grain brewery back up and running (water damage in brew storage area this past summer....). I'm thinking about doing the Irish Red Ale from NB, this was my first brew ever (9 years ago) and also my first All Grain, so it seem fitting to be my first in a couple years.

That's weird. Your OG is within the BJCP (i'm assuming) range, your FG is within range, but your ABV is out of range. That dont make no sense! Looks like a pretty cool output. I havent seen that before. I'm still not gonna switch though.Edit: LOL @ efficiency to 4 sig figs!

OK...I can prolly brew Sunday...but what to brew....what to brew?On tap I already have blonde, brown, dunkelwiezen and an APA. Also have a red in the fermenter.I can pick up ingredients and yeast at lunch. I have enough Marris Otter for a batch....the hardest part about brewing is what to brew next.

5 gals of Vanilla Imperial Porter here. Recipe began as Denny's BVIP and has been very slightly modified over 4-5 batches. It goes on a cake of 1056 from a regular APA.
