An APAish beer either Friday or Monday. There are benefits to being out of work.

I'm going to try but, my plans may be foiled by going camping or something like that. I have to see if it will stop raining first.

Between trying to plant 1000 Norway Spruces and transferring the two batches I've got going right now I don't think it's going to happen. Sucks too because I shooting for 40 gallons in one month in order to make up for my 10 month hiatus.

10 gallons of Wanker's Scottish 60 Shilling made with Marris Otter and English yeast. I have a lot of recipes that started off as something pretty straightforward until I start messing around with them. Guaranteed, something else about this recipe will change on Saturday.

I've got 10 days off of work after tomorrow. I will be brewing at least once. I might make the group brew recipe if we're done tweaking it in the next few days.

Planning to brew the Columbus IPA recipe that I put up on the Recipe Swap. I don't care to go to the LHBS this weekend so I am going to change out the 2 Row for some Pilsner malt and also drop the Special Roast for a tad of Victory. Tonight I am going on a brewery tour with my brew club. Place just opened up last month. Aviator Brewing. Should be a nice start tonight to a fun weekend. Brew em good boys.
