Oatmeal Raisin Rum CookiesINGREDIENTS:3/4 cup butter, softened3/4 cup white sugar3/4 cup packed light brown sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon salt2 3/4 cups rolled oats1/3 cup walnuts, chopped1 cup raisins3-4 tablespoons Black Spiced Rum1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.2. In large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanillauntil fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats, walnuts, raisins and rum. Drop by golf ball sized spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, oruntil golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wirerack. Cool completely.
