I used to get the meat pierogies at a little Polish bar in my old Philly neighborhood. Awesome platter for less than $5.

Why? Not at all, honestly. We always just pinch the edges though. The biggest thing is getting the dough rolled thin enough.

I cheat on that too, I use the lasagna attachment on my kitchen aid :)

The stuffing spoon is pretty impressive and will work well. I’d like to make several dozen this year, so I’d like to keep it easy.

Non traditional, but the cheese, potato, and jalapeño always get rave reviews

Yeah, I may make some of those.. what do your think of using hatch/anaheim instead of jalapeños?
