Mine is easily half gone, and it isn't fully ready. I'd say it is now, but we drank a lot of it while still green. It's a great beer. I did another one with slight changes. I'll post the recipe later. So far, everybody loves this beer. I'm tempted to buy more to use in a house IPA.
