Howdy Folks,It's that time of year again, time to release the initial Events list for the2012 Edition of the GABF®. A couple more details still need to be ironed outabout exactly which beers are being served at a couple of the events, when I getthe final list I'll update you but here it goes:Falling Rock Tap House Schedule of Events for the 2012 GABF®Monday, October 8th 5pm – Falling Rock’s 15th Annual GABF® Kick-off Party.We'll be tapping into around 10 special beers we've been saving, or that weresent in for this event. When the countdown clock that has been going sinceJanuary 2nd reaches 000:00:00:00 we start pouring, come see what this yearbrings...Wednesday, October 10th2pm – Great Divide (Denver, CO) Yeti Party. Help us kill a keg of SierraNevada’s Harvest Ale as fast as possible!1pm – Boulevard Brewing (Kansas City, MO) Saison Brett, Double Wide Double IPA,Collaboration #32pm – Green Flash (San Diego, CA)2:45pm Green Flash/Cigar City Collaboration beer – Candela (Candelas are aGreen Wrappered Cigar)3pm – Cigar City (Tampa, FL) Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Humidor IPA, Good Gourd,Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Hunahpu's, Cucumber Saison4pm – Anderson Valley (Booneville, CA)Mendo Mello Wet Hopped Beer & BourbonBarrel Aged Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout10pm – Stone Brewing (Escondido, CA) is bringing us tasty kegs including theirJapanese Green Tea IPA aged in Red Wine barrels, CaliBelgique aged in Red Winebarrels, a 2004 Old Guardian& a “Stone Suitable for Cave Aging” Smoked Porter- A Tribute to Danny Williams10:30pm – CHEERS (in the basement) This event is an annual fundraiser DogfishHead Brewing (Milton, DE) does for the Colorado Brewers Guild. There will be 20beers from 20 Breweries that are a part of the CBG in addition to a specialtykeg from Dogfish Head. Price is $40 ($30 if you are a S.O.C.I.A.L member) &includes tasters of all 21 Beers & a commemorative T-Shirt. LIMITED Tickets forsale starting at 10:15 DownstairsSaturday, October 13th4pm – Avery Brewing (Boulder, CO) If I’m reading the date stamped on the kegright, we’ll be pouring a 2009 Beast (or does that say 2008) as well as a coupleother things out of Avery’s Stash6pm – English Beers with Melissa Cole (Beers TBD)10pm – Firestone Walker (Paso Robles, CA) Velvet MerLIN Firkin, & a Parabola11pm – New Belgium (Ft. Collins, CO) Tasty Treats & a Whole Lotta Love. Forour Final Event of the 2012 GABF we’re getting into our stash with someVrienden (2010) & Abbey Grand Cru (2010) plus our friends up in Ft.
